5 July 2024. Having been a tenant with VIEWEY for over a year and a half, my time with them has come to an end for now. I've been renting a well-maintained apartment under their management, and I would gladly do so again in the future. During the initial inspection, I met the Property Manager, Kevin Rodriguez, who exuded a reassuring, calm, and pleasant attitude in a thoroughly professional manner, leaving us with a positive impression. Throughout my tenancy, we encountered some naturally occurring issues in the unit that required urgent attention. Kevin promptly responded each time and resolved the issues almost instantly, making the process as painless as possible for everyone involved. Visiting their office, the team left me with the same positive experience. I can only speak highly of them and wholeheartedly recommend their professional services to anyone, without hesitation.

20 April 2022. I'm not sure how many tennants end up writing 5 star google reviews for the agents they deal with but I was very happy with how I was treated by Kevin in my 2.5 year engagement with Viewey. Unlike previous experiences where I was treated like a 5 yro and scolded for dusty blinds during routine inspections. Kevin was very personable, professional and reasonble with his expectations. If anything that encouraged me to do my bit on the way out and leave on good terms. Thanks Kevin!
