I just wanted to drop you a note to commend Chanel and the Viewey team on their outstanding service in leasing my mum's apartment. This has been a very difficult time for my family, with the sudden and untimely death of my dad, at the age of 71, in late December. Clearing out the apartment was a draining process, physically and emotionally. But Chanel made the whole leasing process very smooth. She was quick, professional, friendly and responsive, listing the property and securing a tenant within 6 days (over the Easter long weekend, no less) at a top-of-range price. My mum is very grateful that the management of the property is in such good hands, and I pass on her thanks to you and the whole team. We remain, now and always, Team Viewey!

Ryan and I just wanted to let you know that we’ve been thrilled with all the effort made by both Chanel and Chloe in managing our property to date! They’ve been totally on the ball management wise, we are kept updated with everything going on on a regular basis and they’ve been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We really appreciate the lengths they’ve gone to for us - particularly with sorting out the mess with our previous problematic tenants and going to tribunal. Our experience with Viewey Real Estate from the first phone call has been nothing but positive! We are both shift workers, and after months of unsuccessfully trying to secure a rental property, we were beginning to think we would never be able to inspect and apply for a property before it was already rented out. We were able to inspect the property on the same day we inquired. Chanel had immediate answers to all our questions and really knew the property. After submitting our application, Chloe was very quick to contact us and approve it, and also explained things very thoroughly. Since moving in, our emails are always answered on the same day that they're sent, and the transition into the apartment couldn't have been easier.
